An international, practical program that can kick-start careers

IESE´s MiM is a comprehensive 11-month program that helps prepare recent university graduates, who typically have little to no professional experience, take the first steps in their careers.

On the program, students develop a global vision of business and gain insights into the trends that are shaping the world from an international, top-class faculty. It does this through a highly practical and business-orientated curriculum, covering cutting edge topics like AI, Blockchain and Quantum Computing alongside more traditional subjects like business strategy. Classes are primarily based on the case method, a dynamic and discussion-based learning methodology where students are exposed to real-life problems and learn to sharpen their decision-making skills.

IESE´s Career Development Center (CDC) also offers a full service of resources for MiM students, covering everything from helping prepare them for interviews and offering region and sector specific advice, to organizing a variety of popular career forums and fairs.

Kira Brakhage, from the IESE MiM Class of 2021, says she decided to study the MiM to kick-start her career in Tech. “Through learning coding languages and digital strategy in the Data Track and with CDC’s help in preparing me for interviews, I’ve landed my dream job at Microsoft.”

The MiM Class of 2021 is comprised of 81 students, 37% of them women. The average age at graduation is 24 years old.
